Welcome to Solid Ground Gardens
Solid Ground Gardens is a small scale plant nursery providing healthy vegetable, herb, and flower starts grown using organic and low-impact practices. Our stand is located in Hamilton, MA, residing on traditional and contemporary Pawtucket land. Here we grow a range of seedlings both familiar and uncommon, and offer context and history for each variety. Plant descriptions are all written in both Spanish and English.
When you visit, please don't hesitate to ask questions. We're self-identified plant nerds who love to get excited about gardening with others.

Solid Ground Gardens's goal is to provide high quality vegetable, herb, and flower seedlings to the North Shore, grown using low impact, organic practices. We aim to host a place where people of all backgrounds are comfortable asking questions about gardening and pushing themselves to be better growers and stewards of the land. It is our hope that this space will be geared not only toward retail, but also a place to gather, share joy, and create community.
